月曜日の型稽古です。
この日は平安２の稽古をしました。
平安２からこれまでの動作より複雑になり、覚えるのが大変になるかと思います。
意味を理解しつつ覚えるのが良いかもしれません。

この日もグループに分かれて稽古しました。
小さな子供も、大人の方も同じクラスです。年齢差はありますが、皆さん真剣に稽古に励んでいます。
先輩の動きを見て、最後までしっかり頑張れ！
